What is involved
Rebated or flush
A rebated door closes over the frame, a flush door sits within it. That also determines which frame goes with it.
Flat or panelled
A flat door is quiet, a panelled door suits an older house better.
Finished or bare
Factory finished and ready to hang, or bare so you decide the colour yourself.
Ironmongery and hinges
Handle, backplate and hinges in a finish that matches the rest of the interior.
