That depends on the size, the type, the glazing and the colour. A fixed window costs less per square metre than a tilt and turn, and triple glazing costs more than HR++. We only quote a price once we know what we are dealing with. Send us your measurements through the quotation form and we can usually give an indication within two working days.

Yes. The survey and the preparation of the quotation cost nothing and commit you to nothing.

The validity period is stated on the quotation itself. Material prices can change, so we always put a date on it.

On larger projects we work with a deposit and a final payment on completion. The split is set out in the quotation.

Allow six to ten weeks. Most of that is production time. In busy periods it can take longer, and we would rather hear that from the factory in advance than have you find out afterwards.

At the start and at handover, yes. In between not necessarily, as long as we can get inside.

Please keep the space in front of the window clear, about two metres. We take down curtains, roller shutters and window sills ourselves where that is needed. Fragile items are best moved out of the way by you.

Yes. We take the old material away and clean up. Dust cannot be avoided entirely in this kind of work, but you will not be clearing up after us.

You get the manufacturer warranty on the profiles and on the glazing, plus our own warranty on the installation. The exact periods are given to you in writing at handover.

That is usually a matter of adjustment and it comes with the territory. Call us and we will come out. Within the warranty period we do not charge for it.

Yes. We record which profile system and which colour were used, so that a later extension or extra window matches.
