Insulation
A window with good glass only works once the rest of the envelope joins in.
The best pane has little effect if the heat is escaping through the floor or the roof. During a renovation is the moment to tackle that together, because the space is open anyway.
Insulation is also where the subsidies are. Which scheme applies and whether your work qualifies changes from year to year, so we check that per project.

The joint between frame and wall. A small area, but the place the draught comes from.
Floor
Underneath the ground floor, often the quickest gain in an older home.
Cavity
Retrofit insulation of the cavity wall, provided the cavity is suitable for it.
Roof
From the inside, or from the outside when the roof is being replaced.
