A small firm with its own installation team. We survey, we install, and we are still there if something comes up later.
Why we do our own installation
In this trade installation is often subcontracted to changing crews. The firm that writes the quotation is then not the firm that does the work, and when something goes wrong it goes back and forth.
We do it differently. The fitter who installs your windows is the same person who came to survey. They know what was agreed and why. If something is not right, they sort it without you having to explain it.
That limits how many projects we can take on at once. That is a deliberate choice.
How we work
Look first, price after
We do not give a price without having seen the situation. An indication based on measurements is possible, but the final quotation always follows the survey.
Everything itemised
The quotation states what each element costs. Including removal of old material, sealing and adjustment. So you can see where the money goes.
Reachable after handover
A window that closes differently after six months is normal and usually a matter of adjustment. Call us, we do not charge for that.
Do you already have the measurements?
Send measurements, photos or a drawing. After that we come and survey.
